Contact details you provide (e.g., email) when you deposit a card, request a card, or contact us.
Card and order information (card details, deposits, purchases, withdrawals, shipping address for withdrawals).
Blockchain data such as wallet addresses and storage receipt transfers. Note that information recorded on a public blockchain (Polygon) is public and outside our control.
Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data such as basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide storage and withdrawal services, process purchases, issue storage receipts, communicate with you, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for withdrawals, infrastructure providers), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, and security requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits, by contacting us. Note that blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
